Cheryl M. Kimball is a partner at Keegan Werlin L.L.P.  Ms. Kimball specializes in energy, regulatory, and public utility law and represents a number of electric, gas and telephone utilities, as well as major project developers and industrial energy users. 

Before joining the firm in 1997, she served in the position of Counsel for the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities from 1996 to 1997 and as an Assoiciate for Hiscock and Barlow from 1994 to 1996.  Prior to receiving her Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law (magna cum laude) and a Masters of Public Administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University, Ms. Kimball completed her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and History (summa cum laude) from Fitchburg State College. 

Ms. Kimball is admitted to practice before the bar of Massachusetts.  She is also a member of the Boston, Massachusetts and American Bar Associations.
